Personal Assistant to Founder & Music Executive
Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid but mostly in person)
Time Commitment: ~15-25 hours/week to start
Schedule: Flexible, with some availability during business hours
Reports to: Founder & CEO
About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing music company working across music, entertainment, culture, and business.
This role is designed to start lean and flexible, with the potential to grow over time. You'll help bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to both professional and personal logistics-freeing the Founder to focus on creative leadership and strategic growth.
Core Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support
• Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
• Assist with inbox organization and prioritization
• Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items
• Finance administration, invoices, etc.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and light research as needed
• Coordinate travel when required
Personal & Life Administration
• Handle personal scheduling, appointments, and errands
• Coordinate household or vendor logistics as needed
• Organize expenses, receipts, and basic admin tasks
• Support ongoing life admin (bookings, renewals, reminders)
• Dog care - vet appointments, walking
Creative & Industry Support
• Assist with music-related logistics (sessions, releases, events)
• Organize creative materials, files, and links
• Help coordinate timelines for creative projects
• Interface professionally with artists, collaborators, and partners
General Operations
• Maintain systems in Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, and email
• Create simple trackers and checklists
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
• Serve as a trusted point of support and gatekeeper
What We're Looking For
• Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment
• Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Self-directed and proactive in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, etc.
• Interest in music, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus
