Personal Assistant to Film Producer / CEO - Los Angeles (Hybrid)

This is an independent contractor role based in Los Angeles, with a mix of on-site and remote work. Some days will be in person around the LA area; others can be handled from home. Flexibility and strong communication are essential since priorities move fast.

What you'll do:

• Manage calendar, scheduling, and appointments across multiple ventures
• Handle email triage, correspondence, and follow-ups
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and personal errands as needed
• Track tasks and deadlines across several active projects
• Liaise with team members, vendors, and contacts (including international)
• Assist with both business and personal administrative needs
