Music Marketing Manager

This is a Full Time Job

We are a staffing agency looking for a Marketing Manager for our client a top music company. Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area. Must have Music Marketing experience. This is an in-person job it is not a remote position.

Duties included but not limited to:

-Develop and execute marketing strategies and timelines
-Manage day to day marketing, digital engagement, and strategies for artists
-Interact with artists, managers, labels, publicists and other business partners
-Manage artist communications with consumers and fans across social media and websites, including content strategy, creating social media copy
-Develop email list blasts
-Manage creation of promotional image assets and videos to ensure they are in keeping with the artist's own brand and marketing objectives
-Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, editorial and label sales teams to promote growth
-Analyze data, sales, streaming, and platform traffic in order to develop plans to increase growth
-Review marketing, music, technology, and cultural trends
-Develop merchandise marketing and e-commerce plans
-Manage advertising plans according to strict timelines
-Drive e-commerce and merchandise sales plans
-Development and design of artist websites
-Development and design of artist apps
-Special projects and other duties as needed

Skills and Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
-Minimum 3 to 5 year's experience as a Music Marketing Manager (Music background is REQUIRED)
-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
-Excellent computer Skills
-Tech savvy
-Thorough understanding of Social Media platforms and latest trends
-Ability to review, analyze, interrupt and understand data in order to drive growth
-Detail oriented
-Able to multitask and excellent time management skills
-Project Management skills
-Passionate about the music industry

Salary: Up to $90K DOE + Excellent Benefits
