Position
The associate will work closely with partners on a broad range of transactional entertainment matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements. While prior entertainment industry experience is a plus, it is not required for candidates who demonstrate a genuine, long-term commitment to building a career in entertainment law.
Qualifications
3-5 years of transactional experience at a major, top-tier law firm
Current admission to the NYS bar (or willing to become admitted prior to starting)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage a diverse, high-volume workload while meeting deadlines
A proactive, intellectually curious, and self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic
Strong interest in entertainment law and the entertainment industry
Salary/Benefits
