Full service, bi-coastal talent and literary agency seeks a literary agent for representation of publishing properties to book publishers.

A Minimum of 1-2 years agency experience preferred, with a particular interest in children's books, health, self-help, adult fiction and practical non-fiction is a desired. Must have the ability to work collaboratively with agents across multiple internal departments, and with both developmental and highly experienced clients, supporting their work and building careers. Able to help create and edit book proposals and manuscripts for submission purposes. Ideal candidate is proactive, very organized, detail-oriented, with strong industry relationships with publishers and the literary community.
