Intern - Voice Over Department

This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Winter/ Spring
Internship Duration: 1-2 Semesters
Time/Days Required: 4-6hr day, based on location

Workplace Requirements:
• Seeking Part-time VO Intern to join the Voiceover Department Team.
• This is a 100% remote position, please apply with the name of your school, and why you're passionate about joining the Voiceover Department.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administrative support the Voiceover Department
• Scheduling internal and external meetings with VO Agents
• Maintaining the VO Roster with new and updated Talent Contact information
• Filing & Updating New Hire Paperwork in Folders via Google Workspace

Ideal Candidate:
• Organized and detail-oriented: Especially when it comes to dates, times, and spelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and asks questions if tasks need clarification
• Passionate about the entertainment industry
• Highly interested in working as a VO Talent Agent

Preferred, but not essential:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University that offers College Credit for Internships
• Majoring in Entertainment Law/ Business, Communications, Media Studies, or Public Relations
• 6+ months experience at a Talent Agency or Management Company as an intern
• Interest or skills in VO or Audio - such as podcasting, audio editing, or audio engineering

Systems Experience (preferred): Slack, Google Workspace: Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Dropbox
