Intern - Scripted Development Podcasts/TV/Film

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Los Angeles-based production company seeking remote interns for Summer 2020.

We develop and produce scripted podcasts that can be adapted to film and television. Interns will become part of a small, ambitious team at an early-stage startup and have exposure to both the creative and business sides of media entrepreneurship.

Ideal candidates have an interest in writing, directing and/or producing and want to gain hands-on experience from seasoned producers and studio executives.

Primary duties:
• reading and providing coverage on incoming submissions (pitches, scripts, books)
• pitching ideas for new series
• preparing notes on projects
• tracking talent (writers, directors, actors, key crew)
• staying abreast of industry news & trends

Participants must be able to complete their work virtually and commit to a consistent, part-time schedule. Position is unpaid. College credit is available but not required. Out-of-state applicants welcome.
