Intern - Pre GoldenGlobes and Grammys Events

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

HYBRID POSITION: Looking for two interns who will work POSSIBLY remotely starting 10-16-2023, 2 days a week (monday, tuesday or thursday) from 10 am to 3 pm PST, via zoom(MAYBE IN PERSON IF YOU ARE LA- BASED)
The internship will end with our events , the week after the Golden Globes , or the week after the Grammys if you wish to contiunue
we are producing two gift suites , the first one the week of the Golden Globes (january) and the second one the week of the Grammys (February)

1.Preparing our GIFT SUITES
We will work on looking for brands as well as refreshing our database of actors, directors, and producers
the second part of the internship will be to invite nominees to our events.

2.We ask that our interns be bright, organized, motivated, professional, have a passion for film and television, and a willingness to learn. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suites, are not required but helpful. The purpose of this internship is NOT for our interns to provide free labor and fetch coffee. Instead, we are committed to having our interns learn about the entertainment industry and receiving the tools and knowledge that will help find employment in the future.
Fashion knowledge and social medias a plus
