Intern - Pre-Golden Globe Gift Suite

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

This internship will start now and will run till january 9th, 2017
Looking for 2 production interns to work on the next DPA gifting lounge: We are producing a gift suite the week of the Golden Globe in Los Angeles .
We produce gift rooms for the celebrities, nominees during the different Award shows and film festivals worldwide.
Job will be:
Preproduction
• Book brands.
-Assist producer in inviting celebrities
• Assist publicist with medias listings
Organizing all database, confirming addresses..
LOTS LOTS OF EMAILS and research

Production:
Assist in set up of event, will escort celebrities

After event- post production. Thank you cards. sending links of photos, collecting the press with the publicists. sending pictures to clients

Will request a minimum of 2 days per week. (office hours) NO WEEK END WORKING, OR EVENINGS!!!
Will get a major knowledge in different fields, and some nice connections days of the events

Capabilities:
Need to be very discreet and reliable .
Experience in the industry a plus but not a must!
Charismatic and creative/ability to think outside the box
Interested and in-tune with current fashion trends, styles, TV shows....
Organized and a good communicator
Always looking for new ways to help our company grow
Positive attitude and commitment to providing a great customer experience
Outstanding online communication skills
Exceptional time management skills and ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
Must be self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience posting on social media platforms, especially Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
