We are an established management and production company and launching an influencer division representing digital creators, influencers, and emerging on-camera talent across multiple platforms. We're looking for a hungry, driven Influencer Manager (Commission Only*) who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do

Scout and sign new influencers across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Manage talent day-to-day and support their brand, growth, and revenue goals
Negotiate and close brand partnerships, sponsorships, and paid campaigns
Build strong relationships with creators, brands, and agencies
Maintain CRM / deal tracking and ensure smooth execution of campaigns
Act as a strategic advisor to your roster-content, growth, monetization, and more

What We're Looking For

Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, brand partnerships, or sales
A natural communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by results
Ability to manage multiple creators and deals at once
Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, creator economy, and brand opportunities
A love for creators and an eye for spotting new talent

Compensation
Commission-Only (High % splits).

You earn based on the deals you close and the talent you grow.
