Executive Assistant (Hybrid)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid with 50% in-person, 50% remote)

Compensation: $30.50 - $35 per hour pending experience.

Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a true crime creator/entrepreneur across a variety of business and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, staying on top of deadlines, and helping keep fast-moving projects on track. An interest in true crime, investigative storytelling, and the creator economy is a plus, as much of the work supports content in those areas.

Applicants should be based in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities
• Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and maintaining an organized schedule.
• Monitor and triage incoming emails, ensuring messages are routed to the appropriate team members or addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and occasional personal logistics such as restaurant reservations.
• Help identify, organize, and track action items, ensuring important tasks remain visible and prioritized.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines, following up as needed to help keep commitments on schedule.
• Provide general administrative support across active business initiatives as new needs arise.

Qualifications
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and professional judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and familiarity with common productivity tools.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch and Megaphone backends are pluses but not required.
