This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working assistant to work in person at our Toluca Lake office as an assistant to a comedy manager with a roster of 25 clients. The ideal candidate should be motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, be quick/forward-thinking, have a passion for comedy, think outside the box, and open to working in an office where they are capable of performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Administrative duties such as handling business correspondence and client paperwork as directed, working on special projects as needed, organization of touring clients' activity (such as advancing, keeping track of ticket counts, following up on final settlements).
• Track, set and confirm meetings for manager and their respective clients.
• Submit client tapes on Breakdown Express and CastIt.
• Maintain office manager duties as well (ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.)
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional administrative experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working at an agency is a plus but not required.
• Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
