Executive Assistant to High Profile Interior Designer
Santa Monica, CA (Home in BH) - THIS IS IN PERSON OFFICE (with Covid precautions)
Salary 85K - 120K DOE plus FULL benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation at Xmas (accrued 18 PTO and if needed, other time off as makes sense around impending projects)
Monday through Friday 830am - 630pm with flex for calls/emails as needed at nights/weekends.
A high-profile interior designer is seeking a new EA for their VERY fast paced office. You will be working with a second assistant in place, as well as a Chief of Staff (who had once been the EA and is a tremendous resource as well as lovely).
Duties include but are not limited to:
Management of an ever-changing schedule/calendar: client meetings, vendor and design meetings and always 100% making sure principal is on schedule for the variety of clients they are managing at any given time.
Interface with clients as needed in terms of intake calls as well as assisting with installation schedules.
Ensure that all personal schedules are attended to and in sync with spouse's assistant.
Work with second assistant to manage errand schedule, as well as manage vendors for the home and stocking of the home
Liaising with Chef/Housekeepers to discuss weekly menu and guests for dinners/stays.
Day to day that the principal is fed, has personal needs and effects for their day.
