Distribution Operations Coordinator

We are seeking to hire a Distribution Operations Coordinator full time position to be located in our main office in Century City. This person will work closely with the VP of Worldwide Distribution and be an integral member of the domestic distribution team. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Support business strategy and operations for distribution partner platforms

Drive communication, data management, performance and reporting across managed partners

Work closely with internal teams on new partner integrations, including helping implement requirements and partner goals

To execute a growth strategy across the assigned territory(ies)

Working closely with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments

Lead creation of various sales tools and workflows to optimize revenue share processes including submission and selection of quarterly lists to all partners

Identify top-performing revenue share titles and research original content launches on all platforms to create special programming opportunities for quarterly revenue share submissions

Create sales materials (Powerpoint) for all partners highlighting key opportunities based on historical performance data

Qualifications

Minimum 3+years of business operations, strategic product management, or partner management experience, preferably in the OTT or mobile industry

Solid cross-functional skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (business development, product, engineering, monetization, marketing, sales, finance)

Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with internal teams

Deep understanding of video streaming business models, both ad-supported and/ or subscription-based, and the content ecosystem

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
