This is a Full Time Job

This is a full-time position based at our Burbank location, with occasional travel to our Santa Monica studio.

We're looking for a proactive, self-starting individual who can anticipate client and staff needs in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Beyond the specific qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.

-Qualifications & Responsibilities:

-Strong interest in post-production, with at least a basic understanding of audio post-production workflows

-Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and excellent phone etiquette

-Energetic, detail-oriented, and dependable

-Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed

-Mature, confident, and receptive to feedback; comfortable working with high-profile, high-end clients

-Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and prioritize competing needs

-Interest in creative food preparation and presentation; solid understanding of beverage service, including coffee and alcohol

-Responsible for meal ordering, setup, and client hospitality

-Manage parking assignments for staff and clients

-Handle light cleaning and upkeep of shared spaces

-Proficient in Excel and Google Drive/Sheets; social media experience is a plus

-Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license; occasional errands and food runs are required (mileage reimbursed)

-Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
