Regular Tasks For This Role
• Manage day-to-day schedule
• Can work closely with managers
• Frequent travel, both domestic and international
• Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc.
• Booking appointments for principal and family
• Coordinating travel with travel agent
• Prepping principal for travel (packing, unpacking, etc.)
• Booking travel, accommodations, greeter and ground transportation
• Making reservations
• Assisting with gifting needs
• Taking direction from the principal and family, understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks
• Working closely with the principal's full team to accomplish macro and micro goals
• Running errands
• Managing/keeping detailed records of various inventory across the home.

Skills/Experience/Education
• Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a high-profile celebrity is REQUIRED
• Previous experience working with a singer is preferred
• Experience traveling extensively both domestically and internationally
• Self-starter
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Adaptable in a variety of situations
• Able to read a room
• Operate at the highest level of discretion
• Able to navigate multiple complex personalities
• Work with a calm sense of urgency
• Maintain boundaries at all times
