Casting Associate/Assistant

NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL CASTING ASSOCIATES / CASTING ASSISTANTS

We are currently hiring entry-level Casting Associates / Casting Assistants for an upcoming competition show.
Casting experience is a big plus, but not required - we are happy to train the right candidates from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is:
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented
-A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
-Very comfortable on the phone, including cold calling and speaking with strangers
-Confident communicating with teenagers, kids, and their parents
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.)
-In possession of their own computer

Additional notes:
This role involves frequent phone communication and outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Interviews will take place early next week.
