DESCRIPTION:
If you are a proven results getter in the entertainment or media space who excels at closing brand deals and securing partnerships, this is your opportunity for uncapped earnings and independence.
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new clients, including individual talent, brands, and organizations in the entertainment and pop culture sectors.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate and close brand sponsorships, partnerships, and media placement deals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Strategic Execution: Work collaboratively with the in-house team to ensure successful fulfillment of all secured deals.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of demonstrably successful experience in PR, brand partnerships, sales, or business development within the media/entertainment industries.
• Proven track record of lead generation, persuasive pitching, and closing significant deals.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage a full pipeline independently.
• Significant advantage for candidates who possess an existing roster of clients, brands, or strong industry contacts.
