Beverly Hills Entertainment Law Firm seeks associate attorney

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Principal responsibilities include managing all aspects of film and TV production for studio and production company clients, including negotiating and drafting talent agreements, resolving production issues, and handling clearances, music licenses and guild issues.

Other responsibilities include preparation and negotiation of finance and distribution agreements and representation of talent.

REQUIREMENTS:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school (no law students)
Membership (active) in California state bar
Minimum of two years production experience at studio, production company or law firm
Experience with guilds a plus.
