Position Requirements: Acting Instructor
Education: BFA or MFA in Acting
Availability: Open availability on Sundays to teach between 12noon - 9 pm. Please note that we skip major holiday weekends and do not operate during Middle June/July and from the mid December to mid-January.
Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficient in various acting techniques with a strong emphasis on Meisner exercises
• Comprehensive understanding of the acting industry and its demands
• Ability to write and develop a curriculum for a 24-week in-person course covering: (Physical warm-up exercises, Scene analysis, On-camera audition techniques, Independent activity exercises, Live theater performances with scene partners
