Talent Payment Assistant

This is an entry-level role with great opportunity for advancement and growth within the Talent Payment department at a Talent Agency located in Los Angeles. Must be committed and looking for long term home. This candidate will be trained to do the following:

Open accounting pages
Invoicing
Payment Processing back-up
Outstanding session collections
Support Talent Payment Department
Contract Documentation

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with math, have office administration support experience and light bookkeeping. No bookkeeping or accounting college courses required. Must be a good communicator with MS Outlook skills. Must be organized and good at prioritizing. Payroll experience or Collections a plus. Strong Multi-tasking skills & excels at prioritizing urgent issues effectively.

This position is full-time IN OFFICE. M-F, 9-6pm or 9:30-6:30pm

Salary/Benefits
$21.63 per hour
