Personal / Creative Assistant

Looking for a Personal / Creative Assistant to support video content production, scheduling, and the management of a wide variety film equipment. This role combines personal assistance with hands-on creative and production support, setting and maintaining schedules and deadlines for a wide variety of tasks.

Ideal candidate understands video production and its needs. You should be able to bring structure to a creative environment, anticipating what needs to happen next, and following through on details without constant supervision. Familiarity with cameras, audio, editing software, YouTube, and media management is required. Previous experience as a personal assistant, production assistant, studio assistant, equipment coordinator, or content creator is helpful.
