Talent Management Assistant Full Time - Direct Hire Annual Base Salary $40k DOE Beverly Hills

Our client, a talent management firm, is searching for an Assistant! This is a full time direct hire position with great learning opportunities and career path.

Full time annual base salary $40k
Worksite Location: In-Office for Training then Hybrid
Office Location: Beverly Hills
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, some overtime (paid), 1 hour lunch

Key responsibilities:

Assisting an agent with client matters
Coordinate and manage the audition schedules
Handle client calls, respond to client emails and ensure clients are up to date on their projects
Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel for artists

Experience and Education Needed:

Relevant entertainment/related internships and/or 1 year of administrative support experience
General knowledge of the entertainment industry
Bachelor's degree required
Strong command of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
