Full Time Job
Our client, a leading consumer brand, is looking for a sharp Coordinator to support their Sales & Business Development team! In this role, you'll support specialty retail efforts with duties including mining for sales call leads, coordinating sales appointments, and prepping sales materials. You'll also be the primary point of contact for other internal teams/contacts to ensure accounts are successfully set up and have seamless day-to-day account management. Additionally, during key promotional periods, you'll help coordinate exciting retail marketing activations – this is an excellent opportunity to develop with a global leader in consumer products!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- a minimum 1-2 years related experience (internships ok!)
- top notch administrative skills, with a proven attention to detail and the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
- familiarity and experience with CRM software
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communicative, collaborative, presentation, and facilitation skills
This is a six month temporary project in the Santa Monica, CA, area, with compensation between $20-24/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
