This is a Full Time Job
This is an in-person role; candidates must be local to Los Angeles and must have previous experience on a Reception Desk. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with Talent and aspires to be a Talent Agent someday.
Duties included but not limited to:
-Answering multi line phone system, logging calls, transferring to proper parties, and taking messages
-Welcoming clients, guests, and visitors
-Managing busy calendars, scheduling appointments, and making reservations
-Keeping a log of business contacts
-Tracking email correspondence
-General office duties, data entry, scanning, filing, archiving and other administrative duties
-Sorting / shipping mail and packages
-Drafting emails, letters, client pitches, bios, documents, and memos
-Special projects and other duties as needed
Requirements and Skills:
-Bachelor's degree
-Must have prior experience working on Reception Desk
-Previous Talent Agency or Talent Management experience (Internships are counted)
-Highly Proficient in PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Strong attention to detail and accurate
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Able to change priorities as needed
-Professional, polished, and a no job too small or too big mentality
-Must enjoy working with Talent
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent references
