We are a staffing agency seeking a Receptionist / Assistant for our client. WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LOCAL TO THE LOS ANGELES AREA.
This is an in-person position not remote.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Cover Front desk, handling phones, and greeting visitors
-Receive and distribute mail
-Log packages
-Managing calendar
-Track phone and email correspondence
-Keeping a log of business contacts
-General office and administrative duties
-Other Duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications include:
-Must have entertainment experience, internships will be considered
-Customer service experience is a plus
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Proficient in MAC/PC computers--Tech Savvy
-MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through.
-Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to roll calls is a plus
