Personal Assistant for Entrepreneur in Digital Space - LA
A serial entrepreneur, is looking for a personal assistant to support day-to-day household and personal functions outside of the workplace.
The founder of a digital creative agency and a film production company that caters to creatives/athletes, is looking for a hyper-organized individual to manage this founder's busy schedule and assist him with various personal tasks.
About you: You LOVE making lists. You despise clutter. Email game is strong. You're a problem solver at heart.
You say things like ''whatever it takes'' and ''less is more''.
You can own a thing and be responsible for it (this is critical…and surprisingly challenging).
You know what's up in pop culture and are an avid consumer of social platforms including, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. You believe social content is an art form.
You're clever like a fox but have the memory of an elephant. This role reports to the CEO but is also supported by his Chief of Staff, who supports the client on the business side.
Personal Assistant Role + Responsibilities
Scheduler: Work Chief of Staff to manage personal calendar masterfully. You will schedule doctor's appointments, travel, social events, and may support some other household scheduling required by him and his family. You are able to schedule thoughtfully and efficiently to ensure his time is best managed.
Taskmaster: You are the master of to-do lists, tasks and next steps. Prioritization is the name of the game. You will be responsible for various errands as requested such as handling returns, placing orders etc, plan travel including flights, accommodations and ground transportation, book dinner reservations, coordinate events and assist Assaf and his family when they move. This is the big one. The more order you bring, the more you'll succeed.
Social Media Manager: You know what it takes to make captivating content and would manage client's social presence, collaborating with a small content team at his company to create, post and maintain a very active presence on his social platforms.
Notetaker: You know what action items just came out of that call - oh wow, you wrote it down already. Assaf texted you in the middle of the night about booking a flight to LA in 2 days? You've thrown it on the list, you know it's now a top priority and you make sure you move things around to get the priorities done without losing or forgetting the things that aren't as urgent. Steel trap.
Communicator: There's lots of people to talk to! You're a strong communicator, comfortable being assertive to get things done and love saving new contacts in your phone that'll keep you organized for the future.
DIY'er: Some things you can just do yourself. You know when to ask for support and when to just get it done on your own without needing to ask questions.
Booker: You didn't just order that mini-fridge for the office, you searched for a promo code first. You book flights, hotels and anything else cause you've got a black belt at googling shit. Oh, keeping receipts? Yeah you have a google sheet that has 'em all lined up.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Drive and Apple products
• Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of social media, entertainment and sports industry a plus • Authorized to work in the US
• Must have a driver's license and car and be able to drive
