Location: New York City (Village Office) with flexibility for various project-based locations
Salary: Up to 200,000 Plus Benefits and Discretionary Bonus

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile Actor/Director based in New York City. This dynamic role involves managing intricate schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing day-to-day operations for the client's multiple residences. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, adaptable professional with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for their role.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain a meticulously organized calendar, balancing professional commitments and personal obligations, adjusting to the ever-changing nature of the entertainment industry.
Management of correspondence via email.
Work with production and development team as needed.
Travel Coordination: Arrange both commercial and private travel, demonstrating a keen understanding of logistics. Occasionally responsible for driving the client's car.
Interface with the client's team, agents, publicists, and other industry professionals.
Oversee day-to-day needs for multiple residences and work with House Manager and Personal Assistant.
Manage the second assistant and runner, delegating tasks and ensuring a cohesive and efficient support structure.
MUST be able to adapt to the demands of the production schedule, sometimes requiring weekend work or being on call when the client travels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant for another notable name or talent in entertainment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of interacting with high-profile individuals.
Flexibility to adapt to a demanding schedule and handle occasional weekend work.
Knowledge of production processes, press engagement, and entertainment industry dynamics.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive the client's car when needed.
