We are currently in search of a full time executive assistant for A List musician based in New York City.

* You are someone who can jump right in, easily adapt to how they operate, and successfully and seamlessly integrate
* You genuinely love being an Executive Assistant

Regular Tasks for This Role: 
* calendar management
* Project management
* Scheduling calls and meetings
* Draft emails, speeches, articles, briefings, and project proposals
* Setup and coordinate all in-person meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented
* 24/7 mentality
* Scheduling car services, ground transportation, travel and accommodations
* Always being prepared with a Plan B
* Taking the reigns on work systems and giving input as to how things can be done more effectively and efficiently

Skills/Experience/Education 
* Prior experience working as an executive assistant
* Experience booking travel and glam
* Genuinely enjoys being of service
* Excellent ''follow-up'' game
* Highly Positive
* Strong Critical Thinking
* Adaptable in a variety of situations and personalities
* Possible travel down the line
