We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to become the right hand to a fast-growing entrepreneur in the entertainment, events, and hospitality space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside an ambitious executive, with the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer (COO)-type role as the business expands.
Schedule & Travel
Approximately 3 weeks per month working remotely.
1 week per month traveling to Montana, where the principal is based. Travel expenses will be covered.
What We're Looking For
Based in Los Angeles.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting executives at a talent agency, management company, entertainment company, or high-profile celebrity/public figure.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Someone who is proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A warm personality with a genuine desire to become a trusted partner and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and ensure the executive stays organized and prepared.
Provide reminders and keep projects moving forward.
Conduct research before meetings and build comprehensive briefing documents on clients, partners, and contacts.
Maintain detailed relationship profiles, including:
-Previous meetings and interactions.
-Where meetings took place.
-Personal preferences and relevant details.
-Recent press, news, or business developments.
-Key talking points and follow-up items.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with administrative projects, operations, and special initiatives.
Help build systems and processes that allow the business to scale efficiently.

Salary/Benefits
$75,000 - $100,000 /year USD
