A highly motivated Assistant for their client, a top-tier management company. All candidates must reside in the Los Angeles area; this is an in-office role. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in building a long-term career in talent representation. This is not an entry role; all candidates must have previous Assistant experience at a Top Talent Agency or Top Management Company.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Manage and roll a high volume of phone calls
-Maintaining detailed phone logs
-Coordinate and manage multiple busy everchanging calendars
-Maintain contact databases
-Book travel (both domestic and international) and prepare detailed itineraries
-Gather receipts and process expense reports
-Track and organize email correspondence
-Perform general administrative duties including data entry, scanning, filing, and scheduling meetings
-Assist with breakdowns, submissions, and drafting professional emails, documents, and memos
-Interact professionally with executives, clients, and high-profile individuals
-Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant at a top talent agency or management company
-Proficiency in both PC and Mac systems, including MS Office, (Concur / inEntertainment is A+)
-Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
-Professional demeanor with a proactive, calm, and polished approach
-Problem solver
-Willingness to work overtime as needed
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong references and a stable work history
Salary/Benefits
$23.00 - $25.00 /hour USD
