Post-Production Supervisor / Post Producer

We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Supervisor / Post Producer to oversee post-production workflow and final delivery requirements for a professional entertainment production.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced coordinating final masters, technical deliverables, clearances, legal documentation, and delivery materials. This role requires someone who understands the full post-production process and can ensure all required elements are properly completed, organized, and delivered according to technical and production specifications.

Responsibilities Include:

* Coordinating and delivering final masters
* Audio mixes and stems
* Closed captions and subtitles
* Textless elements
* Music cue sheets
* Music licenses and clearances
* Archival footage licenses
* Talent releases
* Appearance footage licenses
* Appearance and location releases
* E&O insurance requirements and supporting documentation
* Quality Control (QC)
* Ensuring compliance with technical specifications
* Artwork and episode metadata
* Final credits
* Legal paperwork and production documentation
* Organizing hard drives, cloud delivery, uploads, downloads, and file transfers
* Tracking deliverables and ensuring all materials are complete, accurate, and submitted on schedule
* Coordinating with producers, editors, audio teams, legal, and other post-production vendors as needed

Qualifications:

* Previous professional experience as a Post-Production Supervisor, Post Producer, Post Coordinator, or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of post-production workflows and final delivery requirements
* Experience handling technical, legal, music, clearance, and production deliverables
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and vendors simultaneously
* Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable maintaining comprehensive delivery checklists
