Part Time Authentics Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist in sales and operations of the Colorado Rockies Authentics program

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the operation of the Authentics kiosk during the Colorado Rockies 2026 season
• Gain familiarity with the MLB authentication program
• Learn about game-used and autographed merchandise
• Daily store opening and closing process
• Retail sales
• Excellent customer service
• Inventory management
• Aid in operation of the Colorado Rockies Archive program
• Take part in ecommerce through email and auction sales*

JOB QUALIFICATIONs:
• Prior experience in retail and inventory control
• Proficient in Apple iOS software programs
• Must be organized, attentive to detail and can multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work game nights and weekends as needed
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Professional image and demeanor
• Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel*

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
• Work Environment: Work will be split between a warehouse and stadium main concourse
• Physical Activities: Applicants can expect to spend extended amounts of time standing on the concrete concourse. Must also be capable of lifting items weighing 20 pounds.
• Operations assistant can also expect to spend extended periods of time sitting at a desk
• Work schedule: These are seasonal positions:
• Sales associates work during the 81 Rockies home games. Applicants should be able to work at least 60 home games
• Operations assistant: Monday - Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) must be available to work early morning, game nights and weekends as needed
