
Executive Assistant

• Provide support, organize, manage daily workflow, appointments, contacts, correspondence, incoming and returning phone call lists and assist with daily priorities while maintaining constant open communication.
• Anticipate all needs and conflicts and work with EVP, Growth & Partnerships and SVP & Sr. EP, CNBC Events and Councils to resolve.
• Protect confidential information and material while interacting with executives, talent, agents, and business associates of all levels internally and externally.
• Extensive calendar management while coordinating detailed logistics.
• Arrange all domestic and international travel.
• Corporate and personal event planning and coordination – making reservations and able to get reservations in tough venues
• Preparation and submittal of all expense reporting
• Approval/processing of all expense reports for travel.
• Car service reservations.
• Transportation for visitors and guests when necessary.
• Organize meetings, order food, order drinks, reserve conference rooms, etc.
• Help resolve all expense challenges encountered by employees.
• Work with HR, IT, telecom, facilities and any other O&T department on all aspects for a smooth transition for new hires on teams.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5 years of experience in news production and/or executive-level administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills; able to balance multiple projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed-especially during breaking news events.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced media or production environment.
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive materials.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to analyze information and anticipate needs.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with News programming and on-air talent.
