Jr Graphic Designer (WNBA)
Position Summary:
The Cleveland WNBA are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join the Rock Entertainment Group design team. This role is ideal for a graphic design professional with 1-2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about sports branding, marketing, and fan engagement. The REG Design team handles day-to-day digital design and brand management of all organizational properties and this position will be focused on, but not limited to the Cleveland WNBA team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the WNBA CLE brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and digital teams to develop visual assets for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create compelling visuals for ticket sales, sponsorships, community initiatives, and in-arena experiences.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all materials, adhering to established style guides.
• Assist in the development of presentations, infographics, and other corporate collateral.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the sports and entertainment industry.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, sports, or entertainment setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
