Assistant to Commercial Agent

Clear Talent Group is seeking hard-working and ambitious entry level assistant for the adult commercial l department. Job is located in our office in Studio City.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate interested in the agency side of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working at a talent agency, management company, or casting office a plus.
Excellent Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Breakdowns Services, LA Casting, IMDB, FileMaker Pro
Social Media knowledge
Great Communication skills and energy
People oriented
Reliable and organized within a fast paced, busy office environment
Even tempered
Can handle pressure in a professional way
Minimum of 2 years working in the entertainment industry a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
Answering and directing a high volume of emails and phone calls
Managing and sending client self-tape auditions
Scheduling meetings, managing calendars
Updating client materials and data
Processing new client paperwork/onboarding
Reading the trades
Basic correspondence with casting offices
Light social media
General department admin

Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30a-6:30p
