Assistant, Influencers & Creators Dept

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven Assistant to work alongside our Influencers & Creators Agent. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about the digital space, eager to grow, and excited to build meaningful connections with both clients and brands.

What You'll Do
• Communicate with clients regarding campaigns, provide timely updates, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas collaboratively, including identifying new brand outreach opportunities for clients.
• Track invoicing and payment schedules for campaigns
• Maintain client campaign calendars to ensure clients fulfill obligations on time
• Scout and suggest potential new clients or trending industries
• Stay informed on industry and social trends
