Public Relations / Marketing Internship

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Classic Media is a global media company that owns and manages one of the world’s largest portfolios of legacy brands, including Where’s Waldo?, Little Golden Books, Lassie, Underdog and Casper the Friendly Ghost. Classic Media is also a leading producer of new content - both TV and film - with first-rate partners across the globe.

Responsibilities:
The Public Relations / Marketing intern will support the Public Relations and Marketing team in various aspects of the day-to-day operations. General tasks will include research, assembling materials, filing, etc. Additional assignments may include participation in brand discussions as well as drafting written materials. Many projects will require collaboration with other departments such as Home Video, Creative Services and Licensing. Intern will be receive exposure to product development, promotions, advertising, packaging, sales, PR and market research and should have some knowledge or interest in these fields.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic and willing to work on a wide range of marketing matters. Candidates should be enrolled at an accredited institution, fluent in basic Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
