Overview:
Guest Information Representatives are often the first point of contact for guests, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for answering incoming guest calls
• Provide general ballpark information, policies, ticket information and directions to the ballpark
• Solve customer issues and/or direct calls to the correct department
Requirements & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Ideal candidate exhibits strong problem-solving skills and professional judgement
• Knowledge of baseball and the Chicago White Sox is preferred
• Must be comfortable explaining technical information regarding our mobile ticketing app to guests (in response to incoming calls)
• Must be available to work select holidays, weekends & evenings
