Ticket Office Ambassador (Part-Time)
Position Overview
Join the Hornet's Sports & Entertainment Ticket Office Team as a Part-Time Ticket Office Ambassador. We are looking for hardworking and results oriented Ticket Ambassadors to provide spectacular service to all patrons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide a high level of customer service to all Spectrum Center guests.
• Operate Ticketmaster ticketing system programs including TM1 Sales, TM HOST & Archtics
• Process single ticket sales and distribute will call tickets for events.
• Answer questions regarding ticket availability, prices, present and future events, seating configurations, and arena policies.
• Provide fans with information, education and troubleshooting for all mobile ticketing questions.
• Verify/Scan tickets for authenticity and proper date, time, and event.
• Work to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all ticket sales and reconciliation.
• Keep a strong understanding of all areas of Spectrum Center
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED and interest to work in events and/or sport management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass criminal background check
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time, and bend as required
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or push up to 70lbs unassisted
• Customer service skills strongly desired.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40% of monthly Spectrum Center events
