INTERN - COMMERCIAL/PRINT/THEATRICAL AGENCY

CCA Agency is seeking part-time interns to assist in our Print/Commercial/Theatrical divisions. Looking for people who have a great attitude, are diligent, tech-savvy, detail-oriented and proactive. You'll be working side-by-side with the agent, interacting with clients, performing administrative tasks, answering phones, working on submissions and learning about the relationships between agencies & casting.

Internship Start Date/Season: Summer 2023
Internship Duration: 90-120 days
Time/Days Required: 2-3 days a week. Ideally, a M/W/F or T/Th schedule with hours of 10:00am-6:00pm each day. We will work with your work or school schedule to figure out exact times.
Workplace Requirements: In-office. *Our office is in Burbank, CA - must be able to commute to the office

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand casting breakdowns
Work with online accounts used by actors and casting (LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Actors Access, Breakdown Express)
Email talent auditions and respond to questions/concerns
Collect, review, and edit audition submissions, and address any technical issues
Keeping track of auditions, submissions, callbacks and reminders to talent.
Record and maintain confidential client information

Salary: Unpaid internship. The internship is unpaid, but can work with your school for credit or recommendations.
