About the Role: Seeking outgoing and hardworking people, looking to get their start in post-production. We are a high-end post production facility based in Santa Monica. Our goal is to create memorable experiences for our clients and our Client Services team helps give us our edge!
We are currently looking for a Client Service team member with a high-energy personality and strong people skills to join the team. This role has tremendous growth opportunities for the right candidate looking to move into editing or producing down the line.
No post production experience required, but if you do have an interest in the advertising/production/editorial field this would be a great opportunity!
Applicable experience - Waitressing, barista, & receptionist
Job Roles/Duties:
• Reception: Answering phones & greeting clients
• Office Management: Order meals for all staff and clients, maintaining cleanliness throughout entire office (bays, bathrooms, personal work spaces), creating weekly schedules for current projects, and weekly restocking of office supplies (groceries, cleaning supplies, bathroom products)
• Finance & Accounting: Responsible for tracking daily and monthly expenses, in addition to coding and charging receipts to their respective job
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$16 per hour w/ OT
Schedule:
• Monday - Friday - Start time @ 9 AM
• Shifts vary depending upon edit sessions with clients
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
Requirements:
• Must have car/driver's license & valid insurance
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination with booster
