The Role
The Early Careers Recruitment Specialist plays a key role within the Early Careers Recruitment team. This role will drive the US Internship Program by overseeing the lifecycle from campus recruitment strategy, to programming operations, logistics and assessment. This individual will also collaborate with the international recruitment team to build strategic alignment for cross-cultural engagement opportunities for both US and international interns, and global leaders. In addition, this position will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment and delivery for our Entry Level programs partnering with the Recruitment Strategy & Operations team to evolve the recruitment process and hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
• In partnership with the Program Manager, drive development and execution of the US intern recruitment strategy, including sourcing, outreach, and candidate pipeline management.
• Design, plan, and operationalize the summer intern program, including orientation, programming calendar, events, and logistics across New York, Nashville, Los Angeles, Chicago and Jacksonville offices.
• Identify and act as the point of contact for external recruitment organizations.
• Maintain and build relationships with targeted university contacts and career centers.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual campus recruiting sessions.
• Track and report on intern recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and summer program outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the intern experience to drive engagement, performance, and conversion.
• Partner with the international recruitment team to align US and global intern programming.
• Develop and facilitate cross-cultural programming that connects US interns with international leaders and vice versa.
• Act as a liaison for leadership between domestic and international recruitment functions to ensure consistent programming experiences across regions.
• Develop and own the recruitment strategy and delivery for Entry Level Programs.
• Partner with the Recruitment Strategy & Operations team and Early Careers Team to design an evolved, competency-aligned interviewing process that reflects organizational values and talent standards across Intern and Entry Level Program recruitment.
• Manage the Mailroom and Assistant Program candidate pipelines, ensuring a structured and equitable evaluation process.
• Evolve and own the intern evaluation process, helping to determine high-potential candidates for conversion to fulltime roles.
• Oversee the intern-to-fulltime conversion workflow, partnering with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless transition.
• Potential travel to help lead on-site intern program activations in LA, NY and Nashville.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting and program management with 2+ years driving early career, and intern recruitment and programming strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing frameworks and structured hiring practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to international or global Early Career recruitment and programming.
• Experience designing or facilitating professional development programming.
• University recruitment experience in entertainment strongly preferred.
Location
This role is hybrid, in our Los Angeles office.
