JOB DESCRIPTION
To strengthen our Brand Consulting team in Munich, we are looking for a Designer (m/w/d) who impresses with creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. In this role, you will develop visual concepts for exciting brands in the areas of sports, entertainment, and lifestyle in close collaboration with our client teams and internal functions, and you will be part of our global CAA Brand Consulting Creative network. Design is your passion: you think quickly, find creative solutions, and tell stories visually. You love to independently accompany the entire design process – from the visual concept to the final artwork – and confidently use the appropriate tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint to work efficiently and effectively. You bring a compelling portfolio that demonstrates your design skills in the areas of print, social, and digital – ideally with a focus on sports and entertainment brands. You have a keen eye for design, are familiar with current visual trends, and know how to translate brand and design guidelines into impactful, purpose-driven designs. You work structured and confidently on multiple projects simultaneously, have a high quality awareness in image editing and visual composition.
Your tasks:
• Responsibility for the entire design process – from the first idea to the final implementation
• Creation of precise layouts and print data for print, social, and digital media
• Development of visually compelling presentations for effectively conveying creative ideas
• Image editing at a high design level
• Engaged collaboration and co-design in our design studio team
• Direct coordination with clients and external service providers for the efficient implementation of high-quality results
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as account management, strategy, creative directors, and external creative experts to realize strong campaigns
• Presentation of design concepts to internal teams and clients
• Participation in inspiration sessions, creative workshops, and internal design initiatives
What should you bring?
• Several years of experience as a designer in an agency
• A compelling portfolio that showcases your design strength across various marketing channels
• Excellent skills in common Adobe CC applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Extensive experience in motion graphics, especially for digital brand appearances and experience-oriented environments
• Very good knowledge of Adobe After Effects; ideally, practical experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D or comparable programs) is an advantage
• Creative mind with a sense for visual trends
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive "can-do" mentality characterize you
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build new relationships
• Structured, detail-oriented working style – even under time pressure and tight deadlines, you keep track
• Team player with the ability to also implement tasks independently
• The ability to pass on your design knowledge and practical experience respectfully to younger colleagues
• Confident demeanor and convincing presentation skills to internal teams and clients
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
