Assistant, Creators Department
CAA
Location: Los Angeles, CA, US
CAA is seeking an Assistant to support an Agent in the Creators department. This role supports work across two primary verticals: Digital Media and Podcast, assisting with administrative, financial, and project coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties including heavy phones, calendar management, note taking, travel coordination, and general office management
• Track finances, process payments, and assist with account management
• Coordinate across departments to support ongoing projects
• Track projects, data, leads, and related materials
• Ensure strong follow-up and follow-through on tasks
• Stay up to date on current events within digital media and entertainment
• Quickly learn new systems and take ownership of assigned processes
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Ability to anticipate needs and handle time-sensitive matters
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility with work hours
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong professional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on confidentiality
