AGC Studios was launched in February 2018 by Chairman and CEO Stuart Ford to create, produce, fund, and distribute a diverse range of films, TV shows (both scripted and unscripted), digital, and musical content. The studio operates from its dual headquarters in Los Angeles and London, aiming to bring multicultural stories to audiences worldwide. AGC collaborates with major studios, streaming platforms, traditional broadcast and cable networks, and independent distributors in the U.S. and internationally.

AGC Studios is primarily supported by three major investors: MediaNet Partners, a private asset management firm from Latin America; Image Nation Abu Dhabi, a top media company in the Arabic-speaking world; and Greg Clark, a prominent Silicon Valley entrepreneur and chairman of Fibonacci Films.

AGC Studios runs three main divisions:
AGC Productions
This division focuses on developing and producing a wide range of mainstream, multicultural projects in English, including feature films and TV. Alongside Hollywood-style content, it has specialized sub-divisions for Latino and Urban audiences and music-driven projects. Its TV lineup includes scripted series, reality shows, documentaries, and digital-focused content.
AGC International
AGC International manages a significant global licensing and distribution network, leveraging Ford and his team’s extensive experience in distributing content to major studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms worldwide.
AGC Capital
This division offers financing for AGC’s projects and select third-party productions, providing a mix of equity, debt, soft money, and bridge financing to support development, production, and post-production needs.
