Bonafide and Emerging Artists is now hiring Spring interns!

This is a part-time, unpaid position starting January, requiring 2-3 days/week in person in Chelsea, NY.

• You love the entertainment industry, and working with talent and creatives.

Qualifications:

• Availability on M/W/F
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal. Great grammar and a professional and friendly phone manner.
• Tech savvy and experienced with photo/video/audio editing.
• Computer savvy and proficient in the following software/media:
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Google (Drive, Forms, Gmail)
- Canva
- Casting Networks
- Actors Access
- Squarespace
- Adobe
• Familiarity with Zoom and Slack.
• An ambassador for diversity and inclusion.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or currently in progress).
• Ability to provide your own laptop and cellphone a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Shadow agency assistants and lead agents.
• Assist as needed with day-to-day business.
• Conduct data entry and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to social media, website, and marketing initiatives.
• Run errands.
• Assist with selecting new talent candidates.
• Schedule and assist with talent meetings.
• Assist with project submissions, talent auditions, and job bookings.
• Manage calendars for talent and lead agents.

Internship Compensation: College Credit if applicable
