The Opportunity We're looking for a sharp, motivated intern to join our team this fall. This is a hands-on, immersive experience during which you'll work directly alongside agents and assistants, get a real look at how a talent agency operates, and contribute meaningfully from day one.
This is a part-time, unpaid position (college credit available where applicable) running 2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, in a hybrid format: in- person at our Flatiron, NYC office and remote.

• and you're ready to do the work it takes to break in. You're organized, socially confident, and cool under pressure. You take initiative, solve problems creatively, and never drop the ball on details. You thrive when you're busy, and you genuinely love this industry.
Qualifications
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communicator - professional, warm, and precise
• Proficient in: Instagram, TikTok, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva Pro, Squarespace, Adobe Suite, Zoom
• Familiarity with Slack, Casting Networks, Breakdown Express / Actors Access, and InEntertainment is a plus
• Comfortable with photo, video, and audio editing
• Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a Bachelor's degree program
• Must have your own laptop and smartphone
What You'll Do
• Shadow and support lead agents and agency assistants
• Assist with scouting and evaluating new talent
• Schedule and sit in on talent meetings
• Help onboard new clients to our roster
• Manage calendars for talent and agency staff
• Create and maintain social media content and the agency website
• Monitor industry news and conduct competitive research
• Support finance, marketing, and administrative projects
• Pitch in wherever the team needs you - no task is beneath you
