What You'll Learn
• The ins and outs of professional camera, lens, lighting, and grip equipment
• How to prep, organize, and maintain gear for productions
• Client relations and the logistics of film equipment rentals
• On-set equipment etiquette and the workflow between rental houses and productions
• The business operations behind running a rental company

Responsibilities
• Assist with checking gear in/out and prepping kits for clients
• Help test, clean, and maintain cameras, lenses, and accessories
• Support inventory tracking and organization
• Shadow staff during client pickups and returns to learn customer interaction
• Provide general office and warehouse support
• Help with social media content and promotion

Requirements
• Strong interest in film production and camera/lighting equipment
• Basic familiarity with cameras or filmmaking workflows is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Social media presence is a plus

Location: Sylmar, CA (in-person required)
Duration: Flexible, depending on school requirements if any
