The Daily Wire is seeking a sharp, fast-thinking News Editor to help lead our daily news coverage and uphold the highest standards of modern journalism. This role sits at the center of a dynamic newsroom, working closely with reporters and editors to shape breaking news, politics, culture, and other high-impact stories that inform millions every day. Reporting to the Managing Editor, the News Editor will play a key role in setting priorities, editing with precision and speed, and ensuring our coverage is accurate, fair, and aligned with The Daily Wire's mission to deliver credible, compelling news across platforms.

Experience & Requirements
• Background in journalism, communications, political science, or a related field preferred
• Strong editorial judgment in news journalism
• Exceptional editing and fact-checking skills
• Proven ability to manage reporters and editors in a fast-paced newsroom
• Deep understanding of news cycles, politics, and current events
• Ability to make sound decisions under deadline pressure
